1. Who We Are

We’re Food Biz School, a South African-based business providing digital tools, guides, and educational resources to help food entrepreneurs grow thriving, fun, profitable businesses. Everything we sell is digital and designed to help you succeed.

2. What You’re Buying

When you purchase something from us, you’re getting a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the product for your own business. You’re not buying ownership of the content. So please don’t copy, resell, or share our resources without permission. That’s not cool (or legal).

3. Payments

All prices are listed in your chosen currency, and you’ll be charged at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its payment providers (We use Paystack). We don’t store any payment info ourselves.

4. No Refunds (Usually)

Please check out our Refund Policy for the full story but TL;DR: Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final, unless there’s a tech issue or the product isn’t what we promised.

5. Accessing Your Products

After purchase, you’ll get immediate access via email. If there’s a glitch or you can’t find your file, just email us at support@foodbizschool.co and we’ll help you out.

6. Your Info + Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you share with us stays secure and is only used to process orders, provide support, and send you helpful updates (if you’ve opted in). You can read our full Privacy Policy [link] for the details.

7. Respecting Our Work

All content, branding, visuals, and materials on this site are owned by Food Biz School. Don’t steal our stuff, use it as your own, or resell anything unless we’ve explicitly said you can. (That includes courses, guides, downloads, emails - everything.)

This website and our services are governed by the laws of South Africa. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we’re not liable for any loss or damage related to your use of our products or site. Use the tools wisely, and always do what’s best for your business.
