Thanks so much for shopping with Food Biz School. We’re all about helping food entrepreneurs thrive with digital tools, guides, and resources designed to make business easier (and a little more fun).
Because our products are 100% digital and instantly accessible, we generally don’t offer refunds or returns - just like you wouldn’t return a recipe once you’ve seen it. 😊
Here it is in plain language:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
All our products - a guide, a course, a spreadsheet, or a downloadable resource - are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. This means we can’t accept returns or swaps once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Refunds (Only in Exceptional Cases)
We typically don’t offer refunds unless:

There’s a technical issue on our side (like you didn’t get access after payment, and we can’t fix it).

The product was clearly misrepresented (as if the file is completely different from what was advertised).
If you believe this applies to you, please email us at support@foodbizschool.co within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll look into it ASAP. Fair is fair.
3. What South African Law Says
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) in South Africa, digital goods are treated a bit differently than physical goods. Once a digital product is delivered electronically, you’re generally not entitled to a refund, unless the product is defective or not as described. That’s our benchmark too: we’ll always honour your rights if something isn’t working as it should.
